We recently became friends with one of the producers of a 2006 film called Hard Scrambled directed by David Scott Hay and starring Kurtwood Smith.  Brilliant folks that they are, when they made the film they made a series of outstanding how-to videos and we've gotten permission to link to them from our How-To Videos section.
