Thanks for the tips. It sounds like you've got a great lawyer! Having spent a brief time in law school, I totally understand about the legal aspect of what you're saying. It can be hard sometimes to breach the subject of signing legal documents with anyone, much less friends or people close to you. Good luck with everything!
