I've tried repeatedly to upload my Word doc but it does not appear. And there's a thing says the document is locked and when I unlock it, it says it's Read Only and when I click on that, it goes back to saying it's locked. still does not appear. Please help. This is very frustrating and I've got a director nudging me to get this into format asap. Thank you.
