From what I've seen and what I can think of off the top of my head, fantasy movies are either child-orientated or based off other matieral (eg Lord of the Rings, Narnia). As a fan I'd like to see more movies of this genre. I guess the problem is that it's not mainstream, and is "nerdy" I guess, but not long ago comic book films were in a similar boat.
