A sturdy device that allows the Camera to be attached to something.   Most often used when filming Actors driving, or riding, in a Picture Car.  These would include “Hood Mounts” or a “Hostess Tray” (Camera is mounted on the side of the door ~ not unlike the old-fashioned tray that would be used at a “Drive In” restaurant), to Film the Driver and Passenger.
