Also known as Cinematograher, the DP works hand in hand with the Director, selecting Camera positions and film stock, supervises the “lighting” of scenes, the composition of the shots and determines the use of filters, if necessary.  Oversees the film processing at the Lab, and analyzes the “dailies” to see how the previous day’s filming “looks” after it’s been processed.
