The team members of the “Electric Crew” work under the direction of the Gaffer, aka, head electrician, “setting up” and placing the Lights to best illuminate the Set.  They are also responsible for organizing the thick electric cables that run from the Generator to the Lights on the Set (called “cable runs”) so as to be safe, and out of the way as possible AND not seen by the Camera.
