During a typical 12 hour shoot day, Lunch is served after the first six hours of work have been completed.  When a shoot day goes over 12 hours, and there’s still more work that needs to be done, a "Second Meal" arrives, most usually in the form of Pizza or some kind of "take out" food from the nearest Restaurant.
