I haven't been a member of this community long. Less than a month, I believe. But I'm a little bummed out because despite my short stay here, I have every featured project on the homepage at the moment. Two of them are just short Youtube videos I made and wanted some feedback on so I could improve them.

I guess I'm trying to say that the only way to finish a project is to work on it consistently.

I write or rewrite every day, and almost every time I work on a project, it gets put back up on the top of the featured project list. This is a bummer because I want to see what all of you are working on. I want to read your stories and give you notes. I came to this site hoping for some constructive criticism, and I am ready and willing to do the same for everyone else.

But you have to keep at it, or sadly, no one will give notice.

Please make it a habit. Make your project a featured project. I'm dying to read it. Thank you.

Thanks Joshua

For all of your activity and interest in your projects and others' projects. We're continuing to try to get the word out about our service so we trust that you'll see more and more activity in the coming weeks & months.  We think our story-development features really set us apart and people can share story concepts in the form of loglines, character-development, and beat sheets (outlines) w/o even writing any part of the script.

Tell your friends and write on!

Still testing site, but finding it a good tool

I understand how quiet it can be when a site just gets started and/or there's not enough traffic and/or not enough buzz and/or too many competitors. It can be frustrating.

I'm still testing the site out and am finding it quite good so far at helping me to get the various elements of my project together from character development (the interview is priceless fun for doing method writing) to story and the rest.

As I continue to slide into the screenwriting business, I intend to recommend this site.

Thanks

For trying us out and glad you like the character stuff ... story development is as important as the actual scriptwriting process in our opinion.  If we all keep spreading the word, traffic will continue going up.

And let us know what features you'd like in upcoming releases.

I will certainly remember to

I will certainly remember to do so. I will try to put a more public project up alongside the currently private horror thriller I'm working and see if I can get anyone to work on it with me, but I am not sure which one. If the television segment works out, I'll put up another one I've worked on.

My curse is lots and lots of ideas and inability more often than not to forcing myself to the keyboard. This web interface certainly makes it more inviting and less like a chore.
