Hi. I'm using your software for school (Taking screenwriting class) and so far I love it. However. Whenever I try to export it to a PDF so I can print it off or send to my teacher, it says "The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request." Is this on your end or my computer?

Thanks!

Becky

More info, please

Hi Becky,

Thanks for using FiveSprockets.  Can you send us an email at support@fivesprockets.com with any additional details you can provide, such as what browser you're using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and what type of operating system (Vista, XP, Apple)?

Regards, FiveSprockets

Should be fixed

Gary,

We believe that we have fixed this issue.  You might try clearning your browser's cache and trying again.  If you continue to have issues, please send us an email to support@fivesprockets with the details of what browser you are using and on what operating system (e.g., IE7 on Win Vista).   FYI, if you have a choice in browsers when accessing FiveSprockets, we recommend Firefix.
