To add or edit content across FiveSprockets public, educational content (e.g., Glossary, Guides, and Forums), you need to first create an account.   For now, this is a different account than your FiveSprockets-proper account (the one that gets you into your profile, vScripter, vProductionOffice, and the other features of FiveSprockets proper).   Before too long, we will link these accounts so you only have to maintain one account to access all of FiveSprockets.

To get an account for the public, educational content, select the "Login" button at the bottom of any of the educational-content screens.   After that, select the "Register" button to create your username and password.   Once you login, you'll be able to add content, comment on content, and participate in forums.
