Printing problems

Hi
Newbie.
This is my first time on the forum,could someone please help? I have 20 pages done on my screenplay and I keep getting the same problem when I try to print out a section,the character name is on the far left of the dialogue like this when it's printed.

However it appears on the script editor like this.

It must be a formatting problem,hope this make sense ?
