When I print to PDF, the beginning of the script appears on the title page. Adding carriage returns to the first elements of the script (i.e., PAGE ONE, PANEL ONE) does not drop them onto the second page. This happens whether details like phone and address are added to the title page.

It is also curious that PAGE ONE and subsequent page elements are not underlined in the PDF version.
