After Saving repeatedly I have lost all of my writing from last night. How could this possibly happen? It said it was saving. This will be the last time I write using this service, and I will never recommend it to anyone ever again.

Very odd
Hi All,
This is a frustrating bug for all, including us, and we apologize for this flaw. We would like to get to the bottom of it.
What is making it hard for us to track down is that we are having a devil of a time reproducing it. To be able to fix a bug, the first thing you need to do is reliably reproduce it.
To that end, if any of you can reliably reproduce it, please email us the steps you are doing to do so to support@fivesprockets.com.
And provide any-and-all detail you can, including the type of computer and browser you are using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome). It's possible that this is an issue with one of those browsers. (We tend to use Firefox mostly.)
Thank you in advance for any detail you can provide.

it didn't save
i save my script multiple times, when i reopened it today most of it was missing i have only 11 0f the 39 pages i wrote, almost an entire days work. is there any possible way to retrieve this? I don't know how or when i will be able to reproduce it.
i am using firefox on an msi laptop with a windows operating system, if that helps.
Mine didn't save as well. Very frustrating. :(
